A Time to Reflect
Fall is a time to settle the body and mind to prepare for the slowing down of winter. It’s traditionally seen as a period of change before the dark winter. As you prepare for the next season, learn to accept the changes in your life with the changing season. Notice your energy flow this fall and how it’s changing in different areas of your life, including your yoga practice. To help ease your energy during this season of change, use YUNI’s Aromatic Body Mist skin perfume to bring you back to your anchoring moment.
After you shower & dry off, spray YUNI’s Aromatic Body Mist lightly all over the body, avoiding the eye area. Breathe in deeply, taking in the relaxing aromas before dressing & heading out for your busy day. This unisex aroma is fresh, light and natural. Made with a blend of Geranium, Bergamot, Neroli and Sage, this herbal skincare also contains skin loving ingredients like organic Kukui Seed Oil, fair trade Green Tea extract and Antioxidants to treat and protect skin from free radical damage. For optimal relaxation, spray after class or working out. It will not only keep you smelling fresh, but will help connect you to that relaxed Savasana state, anytime you use it. The light spray gently soaks into the skin without feeling oily or drying. You can also use this spray throughout the day to calm your changing energy and allow it to become a proponent in slowing down for winter. Each time you spray it say a mantra for accepting change.
Mantra is an important aspect of the yoga practice. Choose a mantra that resonates with you and prepares you for the winter. Often times we shy away from the darkness and only accept the light, but this season, recognize the darkness as a part of nature and life.
YUNI’s natural aromas and organic skincare help you reconnect with your yoga practice, allowing you to calm the mind, nurture the body and engage the senses as you prepare for winter.
