Treat those Yogi Toes

All Purpose Body Balm

As yogis it feels very natural for us to walk around barefoot. We walk into the studio barefoot, we practice barefoot, and I bet most of us walk around our house barefoot. In class it’s a grounding sensation. We’re able to feel the earth beneath our feet. We use the muscles in our feet to help keep us balance and provide strength in our standing poses. With so much stress on our feet our skin tends be rough and dry. To help keep your feet smooth use YUNI’s non toxic  All Purpose Body Balm.

This natural skincare product helps soothe super-dry heels, elbows and other dry spots. The crème melts into the skin to deeply nourish and repair. A little bit goes a long way, as you rub the balm into the skin. It’s made with certified organic Kukui Seed Oil to repair the skin with vitamin A, C and E, as well as essential fatty acids to help boost the skin’s natural protective barrier. This organic skincare product is also made with Shea Butter, which not only moisturizes and protects the skin but it also reduces inflammation and helps maintain the structural integrity of the skin. YUNI’s  All Purpose Body Balm does double duty by moisturizing and protecting the skin. Apply the balm anytime to your feet and other areas that are feeling dry. Before going to bed massage the crème into the feet, paying extra attention to the heels and dry spots, then slip on a pair of sock to keep the moisture locked in. In the morning your feet will feel soft and ready to walk on the mat for practice.

This same trick can be applied to the hands. Before heading off to slumber, massage YUNI’s  All Purpose Body Balm into the hands and cuticles. Place on a pair of gloves to lock in the moisture and protect them from the dry air. If it’s too uncomfortable to sleep with gloves, try this for a few hours while watching a movie next to the fire.

YUNI’s natural body products help protect the skin from the outside elements, keeping your yogi toes happy and primed for practice.
